Former Downhill world champion, Gee Atherton, is not afraid of a fresh challenge. After recently conquering the Ridgeline , he turned his focus to a steep, gnarly old slate quarry. Sharp, loose and unpredictable is what slate stone is to ride – and that’s on a mild gradient. But unperturbed, Atherton finds his way down a ridiculously steep decline and finishes with a massive 24.5 metre gap at the bottom!
